Day 1: Arrival - Colombo to Sigiriya
Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, begin your adventure by visiting the Pinnawala
Elephant Orphanage. Continue to Sigiriya to explore the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress, a UNESCO World
Heritage site known for its historical significance and breathtaking views.
Day 2: Sigiriya to Kandy
Journey to Kandy, stopping at the Dambulla Cave Temple, known for its Buddhist mural paintings and
statues. Visit the Spice and Herbal Garden in Matale, Nalanda Gedige, and the Matale Hindu Temple. In
Kandy, visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth, housing the relic of Buddha’s tooth.
Day 3: Kandy to Nuwara Eliya
Start with the Royal Botanical Garden in Kandy, then head to Nuwara Eliya, passing stunning tea

activities include white water rafting in Kitulgala.
Day 4: Nuwara Eliya to Udawalawa
Early visit to Horton Plains National Park, followed by a scenic train ride from Nanu Oya to Ella. Enjoy
views of the Rawana Falls and visit the ancient Buduruwagala Temple before continuing to Udawalawa.
Day 5: Udawalawa to Mirissa
Embark on an early morning safari in Udawalawa National Park, renowned for its elephant population.
Travel to Mirissa for a relaxing evening at the beach.
Day 6: Mirissa to Negombo
Optional whale watching in Mirissa early morning. Visit a turtle hatchery and see the stilt fishermen in
action. Explore the historical Galle Dutch Fort before heading to Negombo or the Colombo Airport for
